The Hat’s Olive Tap is located in Medicine Hat, Alberta and provides the world’s highest caliber olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The Hat’s Olive Tap is supporting local on their Alberta On The Plate menu working with a number of farmers and producers. To name a few, Huber’s Farm Market, Deerview Meats – which is a family operation started by the Deering family in 2006. They will be smoking a Deerview Meats pork shoulder for 20 hours in their very own pork spice blend and serving it with fresh Taber corn, white rice and maple balsamic baked beans.

Huber’s Farm Market red & green cabbage, carrots and tart green apples. Tossed in a mixture of our very own olive wood smoked olive oil, Gravenstein apple balsamic & serrano honey vinegar

Deerview Meats pork shoulder smoked for 20 hours in our very own pork spice blend. Accompanied with fresh Taber corn, white rice and Maple Balsamic baked beans
