First Course

Creamy Irvings Farm Berkshire Pork Pate – A creamy rich pate accompanied by a cranberry cognac sauce , with a Fava Bean and Turnip Root micro salad , garnished with edible flowers from Grub & Shrub – Violets, Borage, Nasturtium and Peony. A slice of Artisan Bread finishes the dish.

Second Course

Braised Boneless Beef Shank – A slow braised Real Deal Meats Beef Shank in a rich Fennel infused sauce. Served with creamy French Mashed Potatoes and Chefs Veg, garnished with Grub & Shrub Pea Spouts.

Third Course

Sugar Crusted Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie – Our home grown  Strawberry and Rhubarb Pie, with a crispy sugared pie crust. Accompanied with a fresh sliced Strawberry, Strawberry Coulis and our Homemade Authentic Rhubarb Ice Cream garnished with a Hart House garden fresh picked Mint leaf.

The Hart House was built by the “Hart” Family.  Today it is a 102-year-old house turned wine bar, located in the heart of Camrose’s historic Sparling District.  

Enjoy a selection of wines, craft beers and cocktails in our house while our chef prepares one of his many extraordinary tapas, charcuterie or entree dishes.
